What to include
If you're reporting a problem with the speed test, it helps a lot if you include:
- The browser and operating system you're using (e.g. Chrome on Windows 11)
- Whether you're on Wi-Fi, Ethernet or mobile
- A rough idea of your normal speed
- The exact error message you saw, if any
- A screenshot, if possible
